Dr. Silverman, a licensed psychologist and former school psychologist, has post-doctoral training in various therapy systems including cognitive, behavioral, family systems, constructionist therapy and biofeedback. Dr. Silverman is experienced in working with children, adolescents and adults, both in diagnosis and treatment. In addition, he specializes in providing peak performance training and programs to help athletes and business professionals improve their mental focus.

Dr. Silverman regularly appears and is quoted in magazines, journals and television both locally and nationally. In addition he has published numerous articles on the use of state-of-the-art therapies.
